Dodman Steam Peeling systems provide cleaned, efficiently peeled products with low yield loss.

The system utilising high pressure steam, ensures that even awkwardly shaped product is evenly peeled.

Steam at high pressure, super heats the moisture under the skin such that when the pressure is reduced, this moisture boils (flashes) off lifting the skin with it.

The final operation is to brush or was this loosened skin off in the after peeler.
