Swift Lift Elevator

The Dodman Swift-Lift Elevator is designed to handle a variety of products and can provide a solution to many elevating problems. The Swift Lift elevates vertically and has such a small footprint making it much more space efficient than other designs of elevator. It is height variable, spillage free and is easy to clean and maintain.

Product is deposited into the hopper by a drop plate, which forms the front face of the receiving hopper. Once this drop plate is back in position, the transfer hopper accelerates at first slowly, then at high speed. Prior to reaching the tip position, the hopper slows down and tips the product out gently. The hopper then returns to the feed position for another charge of product.

The Swift Lift Elevator offers a wide range of benefits including gentle handling of various products, hygienic design with stainless steel contact parts, minimum noise level, reduced maintenance costs, whilst simple installation allows economical use of space. The metering arrangement allows the system to run continuously even though the elevator unit is a batch system.
