This advanced 3D scanner, capable of accurately capturing objects up to 130 meters away, revolutionises our ability to reverse engineer factory layouts. This technology will significantly enhance our design process for installing production lines, platforms, pipework, and other large-scale applications.
Complementing our Artec Leo Scanner, the Ray II allows us to capture detailed scans on a large scale, while the Leo provides increased detail in localised areas. This powerful combination ensures unparalleled precision and efficiency in our reverse engineering and design processes. With the Ray II and Leo, we are now operating with cutting-edge technology.
Moreover, the grant has enabled us to purchase a dedicated high-performance PC, specifically built to process the large scan data obtained by the Ray II. This supercharged machine ensures that we can handle post-processing swiftly and efficiently.
